Nairobi · Est. April 2026
Built for Africa.
LAJ House is a boutique film and technology studio in Nairobi, founded in April 2026. We make films, and we build the tools that make films possible.
The studio runs on an AI-integrated pipeline — not as a novelty, but because it lets a small house produce at a scale that used to need a large one. The mark is ancient. The pipeline is 2050.
Restraint
The flex is what we leave out.
Precision
We don’t improvise the brand. We improvise inside it.
Rooted
Built in Nairobi, made for Africa, sold to the world.
Build bigger than you.

The Studio
Where the work gets made
The pipeline room. Higgsfield, Nano Banana and Claude run the visual and story work end to end — not as a novelty, but because it lets a small house produce at a scale that used to need a large one.
Pre-production through post, full service or consultancy. This is the room that turns a brief into something you can actually watch.

The Archive
Where the slate lives
Every film the house has made, is making, or has locked. Grouped by how far along it is, so you can see at a glance what you can watch tonight and what is still being built.
The shelves matter more than the awards. The Archive is how the studio remembers what it learned.

The Roots
What the house is built on
Four products, built and run in-house. They are the base-load — the engines that keep the canopy alive in lean years and the reason the studio can take the work it wants rather than the work it needs.
Green for the platforms, gold for the films. They braid rather than compete.
The Platforms
- ViewPointThe house’s streaming destination. Where the films land.
Planning and production tooling for creative teams.- Kounty KrawlCounty-by-county discovery across Kenya.

The Reach
Where the work travels
Campaigns, activations and events, run out of Nairobi with reach across the continent’s major creative and technology corridors.
Africa’s film and technology hubs are converging. The house is positioned where they meet.
Campaign work is being built. The map below is where the house already reaches.

/ 06 / THE SIGNAL
The Lantern
Where the house answers
One lantern on the longest branch, burning out over the valley. It is the signal the house sends and the one it waits on.
